This week we welcomed our P6 buddies to the nursery for the first time. We loved playing together.

Fantastic Autumn homework from P4! 

Well done to Erin from P3 for winning the N-P3 pumpkin competition run by the Parent's Council. What a fantastic pumpkin!

Today we finished our super book covers. We started these yesterday in our Literacy Workshop, with Paul Howard. Paul is the illustrator of The Owl Who Was Afraid of The Dark. 

P4 really enjoyed learning the 12 steps of how to draw Plop from The Owl Who Was Afraud of the Dark' with Paul Howard. 

P4 had an amazing morning with the illustrator Paul Howard from 'The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark'. Check back soon to see some of our wonderful work! 

P3 enjoyed picking the apples from the trees in the playground and using their for some autumn crafts! 🍎 We cut them in half and used them to create pumpkin prints. Once dry, we were able to add some silly faces to them and make them look really funky! 😃😖😧😵‍💫

P3 enjoyed a fantastic pottery workshop yesterday with Andrea from relatively ceramics. They made beautiful leaf bowls, connected to our topic of Autumn and we are really looking forward to getting them back once they have been glazed and fired in the kiln! 🍁 🍃 🍂

We have been looking at pumpkins this week in nursery. We loved designing and painting our own. 

We are very excited to meet Paul Howard next Wednesday. We hope he likes our new display of book covers of 'The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark'
