P4 are taking on their first Maths Challenge of the Day! Who will crack the ice cream challenge the quickest?

P4 really enjoyed painting these beautiful Spring Cherry Blossoms. We think they look wonderful and they will brighten up the classroom! 🌸🌺🌸

Cosy reading and hot chocolate - best day ever? We think so!

We are so proud of our Primary 7 class for their incredible work on the Our Place in Space competition. We had 2 highly commended artists, 1 overall winner and Oakwood IPS won best school!

We are learning about castles in P1. We love dressing up and creating a beautiful banquet to eat in our roleplay area. 

P3 have had a super World Book Day! 📕📚 We talked and shared our favourite books, made some book bunting to decorate the class library, had some hot chocolate and then finished the day getting nice and cosy to listen to the story of Zog by Julia Donaldson! ☺️

Primary 1 had a fantastic time with their P7 buddies on World Book Day. We got cosy and shared our stories. We had hot chocolate as a special treat. 

Nursery had a fabulous PJ day celebrating World Book Day

We have been observing the signs of Spring this week. We loved creating our own cherry blossom trees.

P3 have been learning about right angles. We made ‘right angle eaters’ and used them to help us find different right angles in the classroom and outside! 📐😀

We carried out an experiment to see what a chemical reaction between vinegar and baking soda does to a balloon. 🎈
