We have been observing the signs of Spring this week. We loved creating our own cherry blossom trees.

P3 have been learning about right angles. We made ‘right angle eaters’ and used them to help us find different right angles in the classroom and outside! 📐😀

We carried out an experiment to see what a chemical reaction between vinegar and baking soda does to a balloon. 🎈

P4 had a lovely afternoon enjoying their yummy pancakes, topped with honey and jam!

We had lots of fun creating our Valentines Day art work for our loved ones.

P4 had a lovely afternoon in the Winter sunshine 🌤

P4 made these beautiful sun catchers!

A huge thank you to The Colin Glen Alotment Project for coming to P4 and giving us the opportunity to grow our own peas! Look at the size of them after only three weeks of growing!

Thank you to Jackie from REACH who came into P4 to talk to us during Children’s Mental Health Week 2023

P4 have been really enjoying their Chinese New Year topic.

We learnt about Kandinsky and looked at his artwork. We then recreated his painting by mixing lots of new colours of our own.

We enjoyed a visit from the allotments this week. We planted pea sprouts, did a scavenger hunt and learnt about healthy eating.

We have been learning about different types of lines.

P4 really enjoyed their session with Colin Glen learning all about Nutrition and Micro/greens!

Spot the budding Olympic stars in our exciting PE lesson last week!
