We completed the NI Water Escape Challenge. It was quite tricky but we were delighted to receive some goodies in the post. 💦 

As part of our anti-bullying week activities, we were thinking about how we can fill someone’s bucket by being kind. We decided on 2/3 things to do to make someone else’s day and we also wrote a kind note to another member of the class. 😊

We looked at phases of the moon and recreated them using Oreos. 🌑 🌒 🌓 

P6 have enjoyed working as team and using iZak9 to solve maths problems.

We learnt about Guy Fawkes and the 5th of November. We then created our own fireworks display using scratch boards. They are so colourful in our classroom! 🎆 

We enjoyed taking part in Maths Week. 😊

P6 enjoyed a trip to the allotments where they got to decorate their own pots and plant some chives. We even got to taste some of the plants and herbs growing there.

Lola is P6’s first winner of our monthly maths challenge. Well done Lola! 🎉

We are delighted to welcome back all our children to Term 3 at Oakwood IPS & Nursery.  We hope you enjoyed making memories with family and friends over the Easter holiday.
