There's nothing better than outdoor maths on a sunny day! We enjoyed a time scavenger hunt where we worked in pairs to really consolidating 12 & 24 hour clock knowledge.

We loved welcoming Allan from Wee Critters to our classroom last week. It was amazing getting to hold the incredible creatures and learning so much about them.

With the profits from our Junior Entrepreneur Project we took ourselves out for the day to the park, The Last Level and then an ice cream. Fun times had by all!

Primary 1 had a fantastic time with their P7 buddies on World Book Day. We got cosy and shared our stories. We had hot chocolate as a special treat. 

We are so grateful to our buddies at St Colm's High School for coming in and supporting the Primary 7 pupils who are due to make their sacrament of Confirmation in February.

A huge well done to our amazing Primary 7 pupils who completed all their GL and AQE transfer papers over the last few weeks. They couldn't have done it without the support of their classmates. To celebrate, the whole class were treated to hot chocolate and biscuits.

We were kindly donated Tulip bulbs by the Council and P7 had great fun planting them outside our classroom windows.  Hopefully they will grow and we will enjoy some colourful displays in the Spring.

P7 had lots of challenging maths puzzles to work on during Marhs Week Ireland.   Team work helped in finding solutions.  

Well done to the P7s who achieved 100% in their AR Quizzes during the month of October.  Great work ⭐️

After an amazing snowfall at the weekend, the theme for Monday was all things winter!

We listened to snow themed music, wrote poems, created imaginative stories about being stuck in snow globes and played some winter maths games.
