Manchester Madness

Primary 7 had a fantastic time on their residential to Manchester last week.

We arrived in Holyhead early on Tuesday morning and visited the Pili Palas Butterfly Farm on our way to our hotel. It was amazing! The butterflies loved landing on our colourful red caps.

Spending a few minutes before dinner relaxing in our fancy hotel rooms was very exciting. That evening we played a few games of basketball in a local leisure centre.

Next morning we were up early and off to Old Trafford...no sign of the new manager though! That afternoon we engaged our brains as we played and learnt at the Museum of Science and Industry.

Thursday was our visit to Chester Zoo. There were so many animals - some we had never even heard off! To finish off our busy day we did a little shopping at the Trafford Centre.

We arrived back at school at 8pm on Friday evening to a crowd of parents who certainly missed their little ones.

Well done P7 for making your teachers so proud of your fabulous behaviour while we were away.
