Emergency School Closure. All schools in Northern Ireland are required to close tomorrow, Friday 24 January, due to Storm Éowyn. The Met Office has issued a red alert, which covers all of Northern Ireland, and will apply from 7am on Friday until 2pm.

We went outside in P2 to have fun with snails! We looked for snails, followed their trails, and made lots of interesting, swirly patterns using water bottles and chalk.

We're having a great time during math week in P2! To wrap up the week, we went to Forest school and measured sticks to create a big and small Funny Bones skeletons. Everyone used wonderful math language in P2!

We really enjoy our time at Forest School on Friday mornings. During our last visit, we had a great time exploring and gathering things that represent Autumn. There were so many beautiful colours around!

This week, our topic is Funny Bones. The children had a great time learning interesting facts about our bones. We did a lot of fun activities that helped us understand how our bodies are put together.

We had fun painting pictures of ourselves. There are a lot of very skilled artists in P2! ❤️🎨
