This year we have decided as a school to support the worthy charity Habitat for Humanity. We have undertaken the Chore challenge and over the next few weeks, we are going to try and raise as much  money as possible by helping out at home.

We have been learning about castles in primary 2 . We read books, found out facts and built castles using Minecraft . Here are some of our amazing castles ! 

We had a great day planting seeds in p3! We water our seeds every day and keep them in the sunlight.  We hope to see them grow in the coming weeks.

We had a great time watching the Jungle book production by M&M.

We made an outdoor graph about favourite colours and hair colours.

Friends and family of P1-P7 pupils are warmly invited to attend our Eco and Science Super Learning Day this Thursday 21st April from 9.30am - 11.45am. 

The sunshine finally came out and P.1 got to play outside in the Outdoor Play Area. It was a fantastic afternoon!

Oakwood celebrated World Book Day today and what an amazing range of costumes. Mrs Conn was delighted with the huge effort. Thank you to the parents for your continued supprt.

We were so lucky to be invited to Stormont to take part in a celebration of integrated education. 

We took part in an exciting drama session with other schools to celebrate our theme 'harmony'.

We have been working very hard in P2 celebrating World Maths Day. We made patterns, played number bingo and shopping games !
