Arrangements for Oliver- Important information for all Parents and Carers P1-P7
Tuesday 24th March 2015
P1-P3 children to finish at 1pm.
P4-P7 children to stay with teachers between 1-2pm to get into costume.
Lunch/dinners in school as normal.
The show will end @ 4pm. P4-7 children will be collected from classrooms at this time. Class teachers to release children at door.
Please note that Little Oaks and After School Club children will be supervised in school until their normal 2pm and 3pm collection by the Children's Centre Staff.

Children attending after-schools need a packed lunch on Thursday26th March 2015.
P4-P7 children to take costumes home and return to school at 6.30pm in their costumes.
Main Characters-P2 classroom with Miss Gorman
P4 to their classroom with Miss Stewart.
P5 to their classroom with Mrs Joyce
P6 to their classroom with Miss Carroll
P7 to their classroom with Miss McClure.
The evening performance will end at 9pm and all pupils will be released from classrooms by their class teachers so we can account for all the children leaving safely with an adult.
