Welcome back!
P.4, Miss Stewart, Shelagh and Susanna would like to take this opportunity to wish you all 'Happy New Year!'
P.4 were very busy before Christmas but we managed to sneak in a quick visit to W5 for the wonderful Winter Wonderland exhibit. We had an amazing time going around all the different floors and getting to experiement with all the weird and wonderful devices.
We even get to pretend to be Spidermen and scaled the huge climbing frame. We think Miss Stewart may have got a bit dizzy at one stage as she looked up at us!
The best part of the day was when we got to go into the Ice Queen's Castle. It was a beautiful, icy and snowy scene with lots of delights to see. We were enchanted to get taken around in a wooden train. We saw penguins, polar bears and even a dragon (a friendly but very sleepy one)
However, the most exciting part was that we got a huge surprise when a special visitor turned up. It was Santa! We couldn't contain our excitemet. Santa read to us and even sang songs to us. We had the most amazing trip.
We hope you enjoy the pictures!
What a busy first week back! We have started to learn all about Money and Miss Stewart even had us counting in fours. We wrote wonderful holiday recounts and even started our own newspapers. Look out for them! We did the most beautiful Winder Wonderland picures and even looked at our family trees. It certainly has been a very busy week- we are ready for the weekend!
Check back next week and we can fill you in on another fun-filled and busy week. Have a lovely weekend!
