Today we met our P6 buddies for the first time! Every Friday they will come to play with us, read to us and help us learn. We were so excited to meet them and show them around our nursery. We can't wait to see them again next week! 

This week Blackberry farm came to visit us in Nursery! We were able to meet lots of animals, feed the lambs and take the goat for a walk! Thank you Blackberry Farm!

We wrapped up warm and enjoyed playing outside in the snow!

This month our topic is 'Fairy Tales'. After we read the story of Jack and The Beanstalk we planted our very own magic beans and can't wait to see if they will grow into beanstalks!

Nursery have been enjoying our new topic 'The Arctic' and we are building our very own igloo out of empty milk cartons where we enjoy playing!

This week in Nursery we read the story "We're going on a bear hunt". We then went hunting for bears in the forest!

We are currently undertaking our Forest School training. In Nursery, we have been making 2D shapes and building insect shelters. 

We are delighted to welcome back all our children to Term 3 at Oakwood IPS & Nursery.  We hope you enjoyed making memories with family and friends over the Easter holiday.

We are enjoying being back to school. This week we have been playing in our farm shop and cafe as well as spening lots of time outside!

Today in Nursery, we had lots of fun discussing our favourite book characters and painting them on to potatoes. We chose Ninja Turltes, Princesses and hedgehogs to name a few!
