Tales from the Residential - Day Four
Well P7 have now safely returned and I am sure recounting all the exciting news from the residential.
Today we had breakfast slightly later (8.30am!) and then set off for some serious shopping around Llandudno! Lots of money was spent on dragons, aliens, Welsh souvenirs, to mention a few and of course rock!
We then had lunch on the promendade and headed for the boat. Although the boat was late sailing and had to travel at a reduced speed for the entire journey we still managed to have fun! Though the journey home was slightly quieter than the one on Monday morning! I think tiredness was beginning to take its toll! We had tea on the boat (which we had ordered at 9.00am on Monday morning - good job Miss Carroll had taken note of who had ordered what) and finally docked in Dublin.
Glenn and Nerys who own the hotel where we stayed complimented P7 on their behaviour and especially about how mannerly they were. Well done P7 and thank you.
A VERY BIG thank you to Miss Carroll for being part of the team! We all appreciated it.
Hugh our coach driver was fantastic and looked after us ever so well - thank you Hugh!
