Car Park
Driving in the car park continues to be a major problem with several incidences in recent weeks of pupils, parents and staff narrowly avoiding being struck on the zebra crossing.
It is also evident that some drivers are turning right coming into the school to secure parking rather than observe the one way system.
Similarly, some drivers are ignoring the one way system rather than wait behind the bus delivering school dinners.
The Department of Education has been contacted to carry out a risk assessment of our site and we will act upon their recommendations.
In the interim, drivers must observe the one way system and drive slowly approaching the zebra crossing if we are to avoid a serious accident, or worse, on our school site.
